Ginger Brooks

Ginger began meditation practice under the direction of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1975. She is an active meditation instructor in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, occasionally teaches Shambhala Training weekends, studies Iyengar yoga, and works full time as a member of an interdisciplinary team, providing spiritual support to patients and their families at Family Hospice in Boulder Colorado. She is a contributor to The Arts of Contemplative Care: Pioneering Voices in Buddhist Chaplaincy and Pastoral Work, recently published by Wisdom Publications.
