Sacred Sound, Meditation & Dance: Healing and Transformation

Yuval Ron

March 28–30, 2014

Tuition $215 + 2 nights

This program has been cancelled.

This unique experiential retreat invites us to journey deeply into the sacred arts and mindfulness practices of the hidden wisdom traditions of East and West. We will experience minimalist movement practices of Zen Buddhism, sacred chanting from Kabbalistic Judaism, mindful walking and song from early contemplative Christianity, and ecstatic chant and movement from Sufism. These practices, which build on and complement each other, serve to deepen our awareness and open our hearts. Modern science points to the power of these ancient disciplines to enhance memory and cognition while lowering stress, anxiety, depression and anger. In this rich and vibrant weekend, Yuval Ron will also offer live Oud music and storytelling as he guides us on an inner exploration that nurtures, transforms and inspires.

Yuval Ron and friends will also be performing a Sacred World Music Concert in Boulder on March 27. To read more, click here.
