Tuition $220 + 2 nights

Heather Lindemann

Cole Schlam

Embrace a slower pace and notice how it offers a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit. Join Cole Schlam and Heather Lindemann for a contemplative weekend yoga retreat where we will connect with maitri (loving-kindness) and embrace the art of “doing less.” We will enjoy multiple daily yoga classes (slow flow, yin, and restorative), journaling, hiking, and other self-care practices. At the heart of this retreat will be the space to slow down and practice loving-kindness towards oneself.

Please review SMC’s current COVID-19 policy at this link before visiting SMC.
