Noel Smith has been involved with Shambhala for the past 17 years and currently works at the Boulder Shambhala Center as the Director of Community Programs. He is a teacher in the Shambhala community, and also has been a lead teacher for the annual Chapman University Program at Shambhala Mountain Center for the past 10 years. He grew up in the winter-lands of Wisconsin but currently resides in sunny Boulder Colorado where he spends time with his awesome 8 year old daughter and loves all things Shambhala.
