Carole McKindley- Alvarez, PsyD, is an expert in mental wellness, diversity, and cultural humility, and has been a change agent in community social services, primary care clinics, criminal justice system and educational settings for the last 15 years. She is a professor at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga. She has been actively involved in her Baptist Community for over 30 years as a ministry leader and spiritual educator, and draws from her spiritual belief system to provide restorative strategies.
