Brian Mullins
Brian Mullins has been a professional musician for over 20 years with a particular focus on the mandolin, flute and the Chinese erhu. He studied at Naropa University with Bill Douglas’s Musicianship program and has contributed compositions to and performed with The Colorado Symphony Orchestra. He is a performer for National School Assemblies, an organization dedicated to bringing world music to children. Brian currently plays nationally and internationally with a number of bands including the Colorado based traditional Irish band Colcannon. He is a co-founder of the original acoustic band Laughing Hands and the Asian instrument based Erhoopla Ensemble. He has had music in short films and provided soundtracks to numerous projects.
