The Six Ways of Ruling: Surviving, Transforming, and Working with Others

Richard Reoch

January 31–February 2, 2014

Tuition $180 + 2 nights

Why are other people so hard to work with? Why is it so difficult to get things done? And what about changing the course of history so that we don’t destroy ourselves and our planet in the meantime?

If you find yourself asking these questions, and wishing there was another way of living and working with others, you might have a lot to offer during this weekend of learning and practicing The Six Ways of Ruling.

This unique stream of the Shambhala teachings on Enlightened Society directly addresses the panic, greed and aggression of our times. The Six Ways of Ruling also offer an experimental approach for surviving, transforming and working with the challenges we face at home, at work and in ourselves.

Originally transmitted in secret, these teachings are now being offered as a public weekend program led by the President of Shambhala, Richard Reoch.

The weekend includes short talks on each of the six methods, individual and group exercises to explore and apply each of them, discussions as well as Questions and Answers. The weekend includes sessions of meditation as well as a set of Chi Kung exercises led by President Reoch.
